General terms

Nature of the service

Noordkracht Mentoring is mentoring, not therapy, and not medical or psychological treatment. In case of serious psychological concerns, you'll be referred to a qualified professional.

Booking

The program starts after a free, no-obligation introductory call. If it's a good fit on both sides, the program begins at the rate we agree in writing beforehand.

Payment

The price of the program is agreed in writing before it starts. Payment is made in full or in instalments, as agreed.

Direction Session: what it is

The Direction Session is a single session of 60 to 90 minutes, walking or online. Within 48 hours you receive one written summary (“My direction for 90 days”) and, after about 7 days, one short follow-up question by message. No further guidance in between is included. It is not therapy.

Direction Session: price and payment

The price (incl. VAT) is shown before you book, on the page and in the form. I send you an invoice. You pay by bank transfer and the invoice has to be paid before the session.

Direction Session: rescheduling and cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. If you cancel within 48 hours or don't show up without notice, the session is not refunded and not rebooked.

Direction Session: withdrawal and refund

As far as the law allows, you can withdraw within 14 days of booking as long as the session hasn't taken place. If you want the session to take place within those 14 days, you ask for that explicitly in the form, and you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the session has been fully carried out. After a fully completed session there is no refund.

Direction Session: referral

If during or before the session I notice a professional would suit you better, I'll say so honestly. The session can then be stopped or postponed and you get the amount paid back in full.

Direction Session: continuing

If you choose the mini-program within 30 days after the session, I deduct €59 from its price. This credit is personal and not transferable.

Cancellation and rescheduling

A scheduled session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancelling within 48 hours of the session may be charged.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during sessions and men's circles remains confidential, except where there's a legal duty to report serious danger to yourself or others.

Liability

Participation in the program, the Direction Session or men's circles is at your own responsibility. Noordkracht Mentoring is not liable for indirect damages arising from participation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
