Nature of the service

Noordkracht Mentoring is mentoring, not therapy, and not medical or psychological treatment. In case of serious psychological concerns, you'll be referred to a qualified professional.

Booking

The program starts after a free, no-obligation Kompas Call. If it's a good fit on both sides, the program begins at the rate in effect at that time.

Payment

The program is paid in full, or in 2 instalments of €250, as listed on the Program page. The current rate is always shown there.

Cancellation and rescheduling

A scheduled session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancelling within 48 hours of the session may be charged.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during sessions and men's circles remains confidential, except where there's a legal duty to report serious danger to yourself or others.

Liability

Participation in the program, men's circles, or workshops is at your own responsibility. Noordkracht Mentoring is not liable for indirect damages arising from participation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
