You don't have to choose anything right away. You start with a conversation and then decide for yourself how far you go. What is free stays free. What is paid, you hear in advance with the price.
I listen and ask you two questions. There is no price and you don't have to decide anything. If there is something that can help you afterwards, I'll say so honestly. If not, I'll leave it at that.
Book a callWe walk and talk about what is going on. Nothing is sold. At the end I ask: yes, no or not yet? For "not yet" we agree on a date when I write back.
Book a callIn that conversation we talk about the trial walk.
One session, individual, without group or package. You go home with one page: your direction for the next 90 days.
Read more and request →Four walks in Antwerp, weekly, with five to eight men. We start with grip on your life and priorities. The first series is being prepared.
Leave your name and email to hear first.
Thanks.
I'll let you know as soon as the first series is set.
Individual guidance for those who want to go further than one session. We first discuss in a conversation what suits you, then you hear the price.
Book a callI make no diagnoses and do no therapy or trauma processing. I give no advice on medication and do not treat addiction or acute crisis. I do no relationship therapy and do not mediate in your relationship: I work with you, not with the two of you. I help you work on your own behaviour and communication.
In acute danger, call 112 or your GP. In Belgium the suicide line is 1813. If you are looking for a psychologist, vindeenpsycholoog.be can help. I am a bridge to professional help and not your only safety net.
I always ask beforehand whether I may record the conversation, and you can always refuse or have it deleted afterwards. I delete the recording and transcript at the end. I only keep anonymous insights, such as themes and words. More in the privacy policy.
This is not for you if you:
Anyone who calls himself a man is welcome.
These are composite, anonymized statements from conversations with men. They are not clients.
"I always said 'I'm fine' when someone asked how I was doing."
"I felt like an outsider in my own life."
"I didn't know what I actually wanted, so I just went through the motions."
