General terms
Applies to all services of Noordkracht Mentoring (Alfredo Morreel): the one-on-one session and the men's circles. The 20-minute conversation and Manuscript are free and are not covered by these terms. For the open walk and the men's circle only the agreements under "Group activities" apply.

Nature of the service
Noordkracht Mentoring is mentoring, not therapy, and not medical or psychological treatment. In case of serious psychological concerns, you'll be referred to a qualified professional.
Booking
You book one one-on-one session at a time. There is no package and no obligation to continue.
Payment
The price of the session is shown in advance on the One-on-one session page: the regular price or the supported price, you choose without having to prove anything. Prices include VAT.
One-on-one session: what it is
The one-on-one session lasts 60 minutes, on a walk in Antwerp or by video. At your request, I send you a short email afterwards about what we talked about and your next small step. I don't promise any result. It is not therapy.
One-on-one session: price and payment
The price is shown in advance on the page, and I confirm it in writing in the confirmation email. I send you an invoice. You pay by bank transfer and the invoice has to be paid before the session.
Rescheduling and cancelling sessions
You can reschedule or cancel the session free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. If you cancel within 48 hours or don't show up without notice, the session is not refunded and not rebooked.
One-on-one session: withdrawal and refund
As far as the law allows, you can withdraw within 14 days of your booking as long as the session hasn't been carried out. If you want the session to take place within those 14 days, you ask for that explicitly in your confirmation, and you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the session has been fully carried out. After a fully completed session there is no refund.
One-on-one session: referral
If during or before the session I notice a professional would suit you better, I'll say so honestly. The session can then be stopped or postponed and you get the amount paid back in full.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed during sessions and men's circles remains confidential, except in case of acute danger to yourself or others: then I may alert the emergency services. In broad terms and without names, I may talk with one person I trust or my psychologist.
Recordings
For recordings of conversations I refer to the privacy policy.
Group activities (open walk and men's circle)
Participation is free and at your own risk. What is said in the group stays in the group. We speak in "I" language about ourselves, there is no selling and no discussion about party politics or religion. Only if someone is in danger, I do what is needed. I may ask someone who puts others down to leave. Anyone who is asked to leave can always start a new conversation with me. No photos or recordings are made without permission.
Liability
Participation in the sessions, the open walk or the men's circles is at your own responsibility. Noordkracht Mentoring is not liable for indirect damages arising from participation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
