How we handle your data

Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect, and why?

Only what you actively enter through a form on this site:

Contact form: name, email address, message, to respond to your question.

"Where are you lost?" quiz: first name, chosen contact preference (WhatsApp or email), phone number or email address, and your quiz result, to deliver your result and follow up if you'd like.

Free guide: name and email address, to send you the guide.

Workshop request: organization, contact person's name, email address, message, to respond to your request.

Men's Circle Antwerp registration: name, email address, phone number (only used to reach you in case of a late cancellation), postal code, and age (only processed anonymously to get a sense of who attends), and optionally how you found out about Noordkracht.

We never sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

On what basis do we process your data?

Always based on your own, voluntary consent: you fill in a form because you're reaching out, want the guide, or want to make a request.

Who processes your data on our behalf?

Forms on this site are technically processed via Netlify (hosting and form provider) and arrive by email to Alfredo. No separate database is kept beyond these notifications.

What cookies do we use?

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner at the bottom of the page. If you click "Decline", nothing is loaded or tracked. IP addresses are anonymized for Google Analytics. Meta Pixel shows us how visitors coming from our Facebook/Instagram ads use the site, and helps us target those ads better.

Instagram feed (Contact page, via Behold.so) and video/audio embeds (Media page, Spotify and YouTube) may set their own cookies from those third parties once you interact with them. We have no control over those cookies.

How long do we keep your data?

No longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for. You can ask to have your data deleted at any time.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict processing, object, and request data portability. Email alfredo@noordkrachtmentoring.be for any of these. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
